No prior experience is needed. All programmes are designed to work for complete beginners as well as those who have previously experimented with focus techniques. The initial consultation or introductory material provides all necessary context.

Yes. Many participants begin with an educational product or the 30-day challenge before moving to the personalised plan or consulting format. We are happy to discuss the most suitable sequence for your situation.

Consulting and personalised plan sessions are delivered primarily via video call. Educational products are delivered digitally. In-person sessions in the Wakefield area may be arranged by prior agreement.

Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. For self-paced formats, you progress at a pace that works for your schedule. Flexibility is built into all programme formats to account for real-world commitments.
